How to install the mychart app
Before you begin, you need to activate your account
Please ask your medical team or text/call 661 874 4050 to get instructions on how to activate your account.
You can activate via email or text message, however; you will need an email configured in your account to proceed with the setup.
Download the app from the app store on your phone
Go to the app store and look for MyChart
Install the app and open it
Select an organization
The first thing you need to do is find an organization, you need to look for OCHIN, this is our application vendor.
Now you can log in
Log in using your username and password
