Who can Pick-Up Records
- The Patient
- Anyone who is on the patient's HIPPA form
*If the person who is picking up the records is not clearly on the HIPPA Form, it needs to be updated by the patient. HIPPA Forms are to be updated annually, or in the event any changes occur.
